All people can be punished by their employers under the right circumstances - there is no First Amendment right to Facebook or Twitter.

They should be subject to the same rules as any employee. They are professionals as well as millionaires; act accordingly!

athletes should professional on and of the field, that is what is expected in most sports, why should nfl or nba be any different?

I can't "diss" my employer and expect to keep my job. I'm not paid to compete with the front office. Athletes are too darn spoiled.
