A defamation lawsuit against Roger Clemens should be thrown out because the seven-time Cy Young Award winner was merely trying to defend himself against his former personal trainer's doping allegations, Clemens' lawyers argued Wednesday.

Congress is trying to nail Clemens for lying to them, " I've never been injected with HGH." His lawyers were just quoted "Your Honor, he's never been injected with anything."
Lets subject the lawyers to the same laws of perjury that is being asked of Clemens and if proven wrong they go jail too!
