How can you be disqualified from something you are not officially entered in. Does this mean I could walk up to the tee and wait for them to say, "Wait a minute he isn't registered. He's disqualified."
I understand on the one hand, but the terminology used really makes no sense if you think about it.
I'm also getting tired of seeing rules broken and then they decide the rule sucks because it worked and they want it removed now because their buddy got caught by the rule. Follow the rules as they are written. If you don't like them try to change them at the proper time not when they have been broken. I'm sure they have a meeting every year about rules, I know my league does, until then shut up and play by the rules set down at the time. Mickelson needed to keep quite about it.
