Former Lance Armstrong teammate Floyd Landis, who has accused the seven-time Tour de France winner of doping while riding for the U.S. Postal Service team, has filed a federal whistle-blower lawsuit, according to The Wall Street Journal.

What did the taxpayers get in return for this expenditure? I'm really asking because I don't know. If the answer is "not much" then all I have to say is that this is the kind of stuff the gov't shouldn't be spending taxpayer money on.
Typically the return is advertising exposure.
