It shows that, for these men at least, if they were admitted legally, their allegiance would still be to Mexico instead of the US. We're polarized enough in this country. Let's not add a foreign faction, too.
Barry- you are right IF they are here legally but if their allegiance is still to Mexico they should go back not wave the Mexican flag here and complain about illegals being sent home Can't think of any logical reason a legal would want illegals allowed to stay except to change the population so they can turn the country into Latino America and screw the rest of us- they already have it so everything is done in spanish on top of English costing time and money for the gov't. why does everyone think that the kid running across the field is a mexican imigrant?!!. he is not!, he is an american born and raised in new york attending college. he just cares about the unjust law passed in arizona and is expressing his view like all of us americans, only unlike many americans who do not care or would do anything about it, he cares. i should know.... i am his father. though i did not know that he was going to do that and do not condone him running into the field and interupting the game, i am proud to be his father and proud of my son for doing what many would not. i am a viet nam veteran and retired from new york law enforcement agency, instead of labeling this kid try and know what you are talking about..
If your son is trying to make a point about immigration, why was he carrying a Mexican flag? A United Nations flag would have been much more universal. Why are Mexican rights so special?

Give a little? No one here, so far, has argued for the end to immigration. Most Americans support it. What riles the majority of Americans is that it is done ILLEGALLY. There are established procedures for coming to this country. Millions do it legally every year. Yet, people who don't want to follow the law think that they're entitled to enter this country anyway.

The display of the Mexican flag is the reason why past demonstrations by these pro-illegal factions LOST any credibility they may have had with many American supporters. The issue is illegal immigration. The waving of the Mexican flag serves to do but one thing as far as I'm concerned.................it turns the boiling heat up within me and forces people like me to contact their Congressional Representatives and demand the removal of every illegal alien in our country. The Mexican flag has no business being displayed by these Morons. These people think they deserve "instant Citizenship" In my country, while waving THEIR FLAG ?? The Federal Government has failed to uphold the laws of this country and yes there are laws on the books regarding Immigration, that our government and Obama who swore an oath to uphold the laws that, that do spell out what an immigrant needs to do to stay here legally. The law states that without a Visa an immigrant needs a sponsor to remain in this country for the reason and I quote"
When the Federal Government fails to protect us or is unable to protect us the Constitution does allow Americans to form militias and protect ourselves. Now I am not advocating we take action as a people but it is time we demand our government do it's job to protect "WE THE PEOPLE" or realize if they don't we do have a Constitutional right to do it ourselves.

I agree, both parties are responsible I am not giving Bush any free ride here either but since he is no longer in office I have to look to those that are. Our government is making this a racial issue instead of a responsibility issue and it is time We the People stand up and take our country back.
