Opinion: NASCAR's leniency in allowing paybacks is a good idea, but the sport can't condone dangerous knockout blows. And so far, Carl Edwards has delivered two knockout blows that could have injured Brad Keselowski.
Edwards, Keselowski feud needs to be cooled off

This was as Carl stated - to let Keselowski know that he should expect paybacks. As for taking points and money for "returning the favor" to a e driver who initiated the fracas, how do they determine the "cost"? Carl let it be known that Brad was going to claim the "incidental contact" excuse when he hit Carl.
Brad needs to learn that if he deals it out he should be willing to accept it. For his dad to go off on a rant and threaten to put on his racing suit and go after Carl was laughable. According to Pops Keselowski, it was all Carl's fault in both incidents. Pops K needs to watch the whole race - not just where his son receives retaliation. After all, where did his son get the sobriquet "Bad Brad".
Hey, NASCAR ----- Well, Carl and Brad dueled once again and as before, Bad caught the heaviest blow. No one was injured (thankfully) but NASCAR needs to develop a policy with perhaps a "point system" whereas each incident will require that ever increasing points be taken from the offenders. LOTS of points. Throw in some dollar fines as well, but the loss of points will get the most attention. Brad did, in fact try to nudge Carl out of the way and Carl understandably, retaliated. I don't mind door to door racing and trading paint. I do not like to see drivers spun out however. As for Brad's father, Mr. K. should keep his "threats" to himself and perhaps start sitting in the stands. Brad is the driver in the spotlight. He can, and should, be able to handle racing incidents himself. While I am on the subject, the same goes for Joey's father as well. Your children are driving in the big league now gentlemen. In the eyes of NASCAR and fans, they are old enough to fend for themselves. Now, should the senior Keslowski feel so strongly about Carl, perhaps they could drive one on one (pay per view) and settle matters with a five lap challenge race --- door to door banging all the way, sort of a demolition derby contest. No? Well then, lets just go racing and everyone enjoy the skills these drivers (and crews) exhibit every week. Good door to door, hard racing is a joy to watch. Wrecks and possible injuries are not. Oh --- my favorite driver is not among any of the above mentioned individuals.
Brad can dish it out but he sure can't take it. Carl was good enough to not crash himself when brad tried to bump him into the wall. as for the second contact Carl was good enough to make sure Brad didn't recover the lead.
You would think that Brad would learn to stay away from Carl and that he doesn't have the ability yet to tangle with him. At the very best the brat Brad could say "wreck me once shame on you, wreck me twice shame on me".......at the very best. I seem to like Carl more each time he takes punks like Brad out. JMO
While the sending Brad into the wall was pretty wrong, he did start the situation. This is NASCAR, not open wheel, not road racing, not Indy crap. In NASCAR it comes down to move or be moved. Carl took it a bit too far but maybe Brad didn't have the driving skills he will one day to control the wreck. Take points for intentionally wrecking so it will slow down. Still this is NASCAR and if you can't take it get out.
Nah. Neither one has points removed, make them split the cost of the other race cars wrecked. I think that when Brad gets hit hard enough to have to be carried out is when he will learn. Until then, keep wrecking him.
