Like so many of his kind, Tiger's arrogance and cockiness were an integral part of his ability to win. Now that he's been embarrassed in front of the world he has lost that I-can-do-no-wrong attitude and I don't think he'll ever get it back.

Who knows if he ever will win again ? None of us do. But I bet that Tiger thinks he will. Or else he wouldn't keep playing. The only difference now, is that the whole rest of the field he competes with is emboldened and now KNOWS he is NOT invincible. They aren't worried about him at all anymore, so they are all going to play better. So not only may he never regain that total mental toughness he had where he was constantly in the 'zone', but now he is going to have to play much much harder to beat folks, and its likely other folks won't beat themselves worrying about losing it to Tiger in the end. That aura about him is gone, and that can be nothing but GREAT for golf.

Golf will be better for it too, because folks will keep coming to see Tiger but then also learn there are other great golfers. Frankly it was boring watching Tiger destroy everybody like he did, bc he was merely just psyching them all out, and they all more or less folded like cheap suits.

The "fear" factor is gone. Tiger is still good....and may win another major, but nobody is in awe of him or afraid of him anymore. And that counts for a lot.

Tiger will certainly win again...but a major in the near future could be tough. He has always been a sore looser, since 92 amateur!! I believe his biterness will continue to destroy his ability to overcome. He doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Nicklaus, Watson, Crenshaw, Jones, Hogan.
