Get rid of the off-sides rule and you probably won't even need replay. I think you'd see more goals, less controversy, and a much HIGHER interest in watching the game. Yes, it would mean a major change in how the game is played, but I'm WAY okay with that. Watching a game that ends up 1-0 or even tied, is not my idea of fun, especially when they are constantly blowing the whistle for off-sides. I know it will never happen, but I would become a major fan of the sport if there were more goals scored. Getting rid of off-sides would make it happen. Getting soccer folks to even consider this is probably not an option, but it's my secret wish!
