I really hated to see Boston lose this series, perhaps because they are an aging team and chances are some will retire or decide to go somewhere else to play. This was "their year". Having said that, their post season gave fans a lot of chills and pride. If Perkins had been there, they would have won; no doubt.
It will be interesting to see where Rivers goes and exactly what Ray Allen will do. It's a shame really.
I dont really understand what he means when he says the starting lineup hasnt lost a game ? cause they have , or a series in the playoffs. injuries as he knows are part of the game , if the Lakers were healthy in 08 this might of been a threepeat , or if Bynum had been 100% Lakers would of won it in 5. after every game there will allways be alot shouldoff couldoff wouldoff done this theorys just ask the Laker teams that have lost in the finals to the celtics, bottom line is this time the Lakers were the better team period.
