It's too bad his last season couldn't have given him a ring, Seattle's management never has realized the talent they've let go over the years only to see them reach their full potential else where, even the year they won 101 games they were only one or two bats from going all the way and management just could'nt see spending a little more. I really don't see Seattle ever winning the world series with the current management.
Wow this is big news for us Mariner fans but Junior knew when it was time to end it all. He will forever be remembered as the man who put the Mariners on the map and I wish him the best of luck.
Retire his name from all teams.
