When in the hell did it become "tough" or "macho" or otherwise cool, to pussy-out and fire guns indiscriminately from moving cars? The damage that attitude has wreaked in the black urban environment is sadly stunning. Add to that fact that most of these incidents stem from encounters that most people would shrug off or handle like civilized human beings.
