I don't think he will come back.

I also doubt that he will be back this year. He needs for the freak show to die down, Vogue, the girls and the saga with his wife. He is the butt of jokes throughout the country. It will take a long while for him to recoup his concentration.

He'll come back. The PGA knows that if he is not afforded the decorum to be able to play with out unwarranted distraction, he'll just play most of his tournaments on the European or Asian Tours. The tour won't let this happen. Stevie won't have to control the crowd. The Tour will do it.

How can you not root for Tiger? If all he is accused of or even half of it he is super man, how was he able to stand on the first tee.I would have stayed in bed.

Tiger is now the "O.J." of golf.  He ain't comin' back.  Not for many, many years.  Perhaps if he showed some interest in becoming a real man, rather than a gambler-stud...  Then the fans might try to give him a break.  If he were to try to come back now, they would boo him at every hole, and spit in front of his every step. 

I have a lovely wife and 2 daughters to whom I am completely devoted, so I cannot forgive Tiger for the mess he has created. It's hard to wish success upon someone who has betrayed so many values and a game permeated with integrity. However, the "O.J. of golf" label is a bit much. He didn't commit murder and get away with it. People and fans were betrayed, not killed. It seems he fell apart emotionally after his Father died. He may return to the course this year, but he will not be able to maintain the focus required to win a major. There WILL be distractions, there WILL be jeers from the gallery, regardless of how hard the PGA Tour tries to manage the gallery's behavior. He may start winning again later on, but his countenance will forever be tainted. I only hope that soon we have a good, honest player step up to represent the game in the manner it deserves, like Mickelson, Harrington, or Stricker. Too bad Freddy Couples has moved on to the Champions (Senior) Tour.

Lets all give the guy a break now! This is really none of our business. Golf is his game and lets judge him on that. God will be the judge of all else.Lets all remember " Judge not lest you too be judged" I do not condone what he has done but that is between him and his maker. If you do not like that then do not watch the game!

I am amused by all the comments claiming that Tiger won't be able to compete successfully because he won't be able to concentrate. Remember, Tiger is used to making six-foot putts with hundreds of thousands of dollars in the balance. Do you honestly believe that he's going to choke now because a reporter from "Inside Edition" is standing 50 feet from the green with a reporter's notebook? Most of the comments I've read here are psychologically projecting the commentors' own weak mental game onto Tiger. Tiger is above you amateur choke artists in this regard. Moreover, I've detected a note of veiled envy in some quarters regarding Tiger's rich social life. I personally look up to him as much as ever. Few of you would pass up opportunity to enjoy the company of Tiger's girlfriends if given the chance.

If the homos he may have been with crawl out from under the rock, he's forever doomed. But if not, he will return with a face like flint.

The man is a scumbag. Don't hold yourself to be holier than thou and do what you do. We all make mistakes in life. For that, many of us will forgive. However, the majority will never forget. I have always considered golf a gentlemans game which is not to say others don't indulge. Tiger Woods captivated the spirit, the hope and the athletic gift so may of us covet. The picture on my wall is headed towards E-Bay, it probably won't fetch much. I remain hopeful but this man is everything I hoped for but in reality, everything I feared.

Never make an absolute statement about anyone. He did, in his personal life, a very unprofessional thing. But, he is known and rewarded for his golf and not his profession as a husband. No one can deny that he is very good at golf because he worked hard and consistantly to get where he is.

We are not here to judge and I am really tired of the exteme comments. I want to see him play golf again. I want to sit on the edge of my chair as he comes to the 18th and pulls out the impossible. I want to see him break all the records becasue I want to remain believeing that peole get rewartded for dedicationa and hard work in thier chosen profession.

His Marriage isn't what he is being paid for and I challenge all you holier than thou out there, because you never know when your life will be turned upside down. May others forgive you quicker and more kindly than you are doing to someone that hasn't hurt you, just disappointed you. Was he put here on earth to entertain you with his golf skills or to judge him on his total life?

Tiger is the "OJ" of golf, not because he committed a double murder, but because there was such a wide variance between his public image and the reality of his private life. It has nothing to do with race. OJ was a brilliant runner, but can you honestly say you want him hanging with your sister? The comparison is the same. Tiger was (is) a brilliant golfer, but so what? He is the ultimate narcissist. After the OJ trial was over (the murder trial) OJ tried to play golf in Florida only to find people would leave the room he entered, and leave the course he was playing in protest. Do you really believe that golf fans won't vent their feelings? Of course they will, and that's part of the penalty you pay for "pretending" to be somebody you clearly are not. (A gentleman, family man.) If he shows contrition for his actions... if he tries to mend his life... then and only then will the public feel they owe him a second chance. Hanging out in Trump casino with one of his favorite bimbos won't cut it. BTW, he'll lose the Nike endorsement, too. Especially if they find he is adversely affecting sales. Nobody is above "sales."

I think Tiger is going through early 40 menopause. I do feel he will at some time return to golf, once he finds what is important and what his innerself has lost.

We sometimes do things in our lives that we're not always proud of. Some of us don't have a place to hide and regroup. Tiger is lucky as he does so I hope he will find himself himself again and resurface.

Tiger might be a great golfer and that's undeniable, but he is very small on character and morals. He is the stereotypical black male with fame and money. Always looking for something better.
