When teams from No. 10 Ohio State and Michigan meet on Saturday to play football for the 106th time, it'll just be the latest skirmish between two states and their residents who have despised each other for almost two centuries.
Ohio-Michigan dislike more than just football

As an Ohio native and current resident, let me say for myself and many of my friends that we could care less about Ohio State or Michigan for that matter. Both programs reflect what money can buy. Having said that, this year I think Ohio State is the third best pro football team in the state behind the Bengals and UC.
I don't know where the author of this article gets his headline but the people in Ohio do not necessarily despise those in Michigan and vice versa. The rivalry is mainly just between the fans of the 2 universities. I've lived in Ohio all my life and always hated the Wolverines. But I am a Detroit Red Wing and Detriot Tiger fan. I have no use for any other Ohio teams!
Mike679884 and LKA88 - Not sure what rock you've been living under, but if you're really a college football fan in Ohio or Michigan you can relate to this story.
How do you get a Michigan graduate off your front porch?
Pay him for the pizza.
Go Bucks!!! Michigan sucks!!!
Quick story on how osu fans feel. i had a shirt that had the other up north team on it. First words from the osu fan, a will not say nothing bad about your shirt. About 12 beers later, i was being called everything but white from the osu fan. So yea for michigan.
