A judge warned University of Cincinnati sophomore quarterback Zach Collaros on Thursday that he could spend the bowl season in jail if he doesn't get his act together after being accused of showing a fake ID at a bar.

180 days in jail? Really? Its a bit of an overreaction don't you think. Its not like he's a fellon trying to pass false papers or anything its a freakin beer and he's 20!
So stupid. In my day, they would just confiscate the fake id and be done with it. What a waste of court time and government resources. Does the $200 fine make up the difference?
The judge must be an OSU fan. Show me a kid who doesn't have a fake ID!!! Confiscate it and/or a $50 fine.
