Are NFC East teams overrated?
Mike Celizic is an idiot....yet again he proves why.
Anytime two teams who play each other as much as the Cowboys and Eagles get together they are going to burn up the middle of the field. It's just the nature of the matchup.
#1 - Mon Nov 9, 2009 4:32 PM ESThey mike i can see what u do for a living is been a writer, first of all the nfc east has been for years the toughest div in the nfl, for u to say that last night game was boring u r full on sunflower in ur mouth, any body cut it hve won that game and ur comments about AMERICAS TEAM IS PATHATIC,i guess u havent beeen watching the same games that i watch, let me tell you another thing since u defend so much ur no saints they are not going be 16-0, its hard to accomplish what the 1972 mia dolphins did at that time i personally dont see it coming in the near future with the competition in this league on any giving sunday the worst team can beat a good team ,and one more thing mike u sure sounds like espn for hating AMERICAS TEAM so bad, GIVING THEM CREDIT WHEN IS DUE,,,, CUZ WHEN TONY ROMO WAS HAVING A BAD GAME U WERE ONE OF THE FIRST TO BASHED THE GUY,,,,,,,,, HOW COME I DONT SEE U SAYING ANY THING POSITIVE NOW ABOUT HIM, GIVE ME A BREAK U ALL SO CALL WRITERS ARE THE SAME, JUST TO SELL THE STORY,,,,,,,,, CYA MIKE
#2 - Mon Nov 9, 2009 8:52 PM ESTi don't think nfc teams are overated in their own conferense, but when they play the afc, it seems as though the better teams are afc. the afc has brady,manning,rivers,big ben, schaub,and a great rookie in sanchez.flacco will be good in time and vince young is starting to understand the nfl qb position. the nfc has favre and brees.i don't think mcnabb is great, and there seems to be no rookies headed for stardom in the nfc.the other manning is a mere shadow of his big brother. the afc boasts the best rb's & wr's too.
#3 - Mon Jan 18, 2010 1:19 AM ESTromo is NOT an elite nfl qb, and though he may someday if he plays as long as favre or warner but i don't see him being on a winning superbowl team. he's not like elway who won for years before getting a good team around him to win the superbowl.he is alot like neil odonnell in when the defense controls the game, he'll make enough good throws to win, but if he needs to make a few great plays, they lose. everytime! prove me wrong cowboy backers!

I've been a cowboys fan for forty five years and at least 3 teams in that division have been in the playoffs for many years. I guess whoever made that comment couldn't remember superbowls 25, 26, or 27 and 28. Well i'll remind you those are the superbowls that the bills lost each of those bowls. They were beaten by nfc east teams 1st was the nygiants, then the redskins and the cowboys 2 years in a row ok. In the future before you make stupid comments like the nfc east being overrated go to nfl.com in learn some of the history ok dummy.
