Why is this news? And why is this illegal? Yes I know well the laws on the books, but what a waste of taxpayer money and police time better spent on the streets looking for real criminals.
He was probably speeding to pick up his pizza so it wouldn't get cold. As one guy said, pick up your beer and Pizza and get high, drunk and eat there. Why gamble your career. They never seem to understand simple things.

His knees really won't allow him to be a day to day position player, the best you could get out him would be late inning pinch hitting duties, and DH for the inter-league games.
I do agree, SF is only a few tweeks away from contending against the Rockies and Dodgers tho.

I am pretty sure the CBO states the drug testing program is only effect from spring training thru the end of the post season. I could be wrong though.
