The Blackhawks youth movement continues. Last years playoff run will serve as a stepping stone to the finals this season. Go Hawks!

The Wings aren't old anymore fellas, average age is down again this year. Holland continues to show he is the premier manager in sports. Mike Babcock is still one of the best coaches in the business. I think the 7th game heartbreak of last year will serve as motivation this year to again try to dominate from wire to wire. I expect our defense to improve as last years rookies to the playoffs settle in better, and begin to find their game. All in all, I'm excited about the Wings chances this year. Go Wings!

I voted for the Blackhawks but I wanted to add my two little cents. Most of the team is e'ffing amazing you know? The young guys work their butts off and are so good. But Huet OMG sometimes he just kills me. Now don't start ranting about his save % or any of that stuff. The guy irritates me stupid little French-y French French (nothing against French people just him) But I am biased though I happened to love Khabbi (Don't remind me that he is hurt and that he would have been fairly useless this season OR that he is old OR that he is not super extra ultra in his prime I already know. But I love him and I miss him.) I wish we didn't have this joker Huet for like the rest of forever. Nothing like tieing up a bunch of the cash on his hit or miss a$$. On a happier note, I so do love our little Sharp-ie. If Kane could keep his dang mouth piece in it would be nice. Buff looks a lot better this year thinner and more like an actual factual hockey player, and sweet little Ben Egar (might be Eegar I can't spell today) how do you not love him??! Ok rant over. I know ya'll are men and don't really want to hear a girl talk about your beloved sports but some of us that started watching to make our boyfriends happy and then *poof* formed our very own opinions. . .have super good days!
