He doesn't have his good fastball anymore but when a pitcher gets up in years (upper 30s) his velocity starts to deminish and his breaking ball begins to hang like on a "tee!!" If I had the chance to sign Pedro for a lower asking price I would do it because he still has some wins left in that arm of his.
