The Lakers are like the Yankees in baseball, and the Pats in football. We're all tired of these big money teams boring the hell out of us with their lame-ass dynasties.
That's why they are winners! Nothing lame-ass about wanting to win and knowing how to make it happen. You get what you pay for. Invest in your venue, coaches, and players, and you to can contend with the big boys! Don't be hating on those that know what it takes and get it done! If greatness tires and bores you, perhaps you need to be honest with yourself and find another interest such as ball room dancing...

I think you all need to check with the referees for who will win the next TITLE.. They make the call that put LA there this year and will make the call for who wins the next years playoffs!! And if you dont believe that then you guy's ought to be buying rounds for the hole league.!!

15 CHAMPIONSHIPS and all you laker fans were die hard fans from minneapolis right ? the CELTICS will win with a 9 and 2 record in the finals against the lakers it will be 10 and 2 and by the way red auerbach won 9 in the same city unlike jackson who hops from team to team and from superstar to superstar
Auerbach didn't have to deal with free agency, so he had the same core roster for years. And I'm sure you're not arguing that Auberbach won titles with scrubs and cast-offs. Every single one of his championchip teams had multiple Hall of Famers, no different than Jackson. And if you want to call Jackson coaching 2 teams in 20 years "hopping", so be it.
Laker fans want a re-match of '08 Finals, so bring it on, if you can Celtics.
Barring injuries, Lakers will repeat. Bynum and Ariza still peaking and when you add in a youthful and energetic bench to complement the starters, it adds up to a force too potent for any team to contend or match up with! Lakers dynasty for the next 5 years!

I would love to see the Cavs win, but I am a Clevelander and know what to expect. You could put the all star team in Cavs uniforms and they would still find a way to fail.
Hollow victory for the Lakers. A healthy "Green" would have slapped them silly. Win it next year against a healthy Celtics team and then Laker fans can gloat. Lose to the C's and it confirms the hollow victory.
the lakers are the biggest crybabies i have ever seen all led by he biggest crybaby of them all, koby "cordillera" bryant and his $3 million dollar ring to keep him married. face it.... on whole he really is a big time loser! hopefully, he will never return to colorado! he is not liked, appreciated or needed.
Dont count the Spurs out. The world will unleash a Manu that we have never seen before...rebounded from injury, hungrier than ever for not being able to play a whole year, and regardless of age, ready to show he is the same caliber SG as the other elites in the league..
