Though I am not a big Phil fan, one must be impressed with his actions. Prayers for his wife and family as they dieal with this hardship.

Glad to see Mr Mickelson do the right thing. As a current breast cancer fighter, I know first hand how hard this battle can be and can't imagine doing it with three kids. My thoughts and prayers are with this family.

Breaks my heart, Being a lefty Phil has been my favorite forever. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. He has always had class, and been a a family first kind of guy.

You will not see many people take this time and spend it with a spouse. You are a good many Phill and your wife and family will be in my prayers.

They have wonderful treatments today for many types of Breast Cancer, but the support of a loving family is still the most important factor and the Mickelson's seem to have that covered.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Mickelson family. We will miss you Phil but family is more important especially during times like these. God Bless !!!!

I was so sad to hear about this. That family has already been through a major health scare when their third child was born. I hope that Amy recovers quickly and Phil can get back to the course, but until then he has absolutely made the right decision to support her during this time.

Prayers and best wishes to Phil, Amy and their family. They have come along way in treating this cancer. I lost my mother twenty three years ago from breast cancer. Back then there wasn't much they could do for her. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Phil and Family, we hope for the very best for all of you,  we will miss you, but we know from experience that support from family is the best medicine for any ill.  We will keep your family in our prayers. 

#15 you truly have a front seat in hell waiting for you!  This should be about offering support to another family affected by this horrible disease.  You probably have never watched a loved one in the fight of their life.  I have lost both parents and my oldest sister to the ravages of this hideous disease and negative crap like yours is certainly not welcome or necessary.  My thoughts and prayers are with you Amy, Phil and family

My wife is a BC survivor and she's doing great now. Obviously there are a few types and I pray she has a more treatable one.

It's great that Phil has the resources to stop his career and support his wife. He'll reap dividends for that in all aspects of his and their lives.

Phil and Family, I can't begin to imagine what you're going through at this time, but just know that my husband's and my thoughts and prayers are with you through this trouble time. Phil you have pulled off some amazing wins in your career and I'm sure Amy will do the same. May god be with you and your children every step of the way. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, I am a Breast Cancer survivor and I went through all the treatments, after I had them both removed, the doctors have told me that is what saved my life, and after 6 surgerys you would never know I went through it.
