You guys picking Wis/FSU are nuts. A 12 seed Big Ten that barely got in is not going to best FSU. Heck, it would to me be the least likely.
#1 - Sun Mar 15, 2009 7:13 PM EDTI agree. Wisconsin has to be one of the last teams in. I do not see how them or Michigan got in. Plus FSU has the size to play with Big 10 teams.
I don't know much about WKU, but Illinois is without it's starting PG, and they've been struggling a bit lately. But still, Go Illini!!
#2 - Sun Mar 15, 2009 8:59 PM EDTFor me it's easy radical i agree that there's no way fsu will lose. Toney Douglas is too good. Bruce Weber's a great coach and won't let illinois lose. I think Purdue coming off the big ten championship will also win. That leaves Arizona vs. Utah. I'll admit I don't know much about Utah but Arizona has been a giant killer who could easily win that game so I said Arizona over Utah.
#3 - Sun Mar 15, 2009 9:17 PM EDTFSU is better than Wisc , so that only leaves one option. The right one. AZ is gonna pound the Utes. Both pretty much travel the same distance to FL. Arizona's big three is just too much for the Utes. AZ is a good team. 4 of their losses were by a combined 5 points (3 by 1, 1 by 2). Plus, Jordan Hill is an NBA lottery pick inside. Man, I would love to see WKU over Ill though...
