I totally agree, prosecute every professional ball player that use illegal drugs. They lied and cheated just to be self-serving, for the stats. It makes no difference if it was before or after they there made illegal, those players knew the effects and didn't care, I believe they saw dollars bills in their eyes and the record books and would do anything to get the money and records. I read a story that Selig stated that A-Rod shamed baseball. What has and is Bonds doing?  Oh, my bag, he's the home run leader and we as fans should defend a lier and cheat to the very end just because he used drugs and lied about it to get the record. I think Selig should resign, until he does I will not support anything about baseball!

while i don't by any means think what the players have done is right, what do you expect? They have been tested by the league and league officials implimented absolutely nothing towards them...so what's there to stop them? If they aren't going to care when it happens that only tells the players that while its wrong it's ok as long as we keep it under wraps,doesn't it? Trade David Lee? Didn't Donnie Walsh ever hear the famous quote from Herm Edwards? "You play to win the game". I've seen teams give up on a season..usually towards the end. But I've never seen a team give up on two seasons. The goal in the NBA is to get to the playoffs....not to get under the salary cap. By the time 2010 rolls around, the Knicks won't have any talent for a free agent star to build on. And why would Dwayne Wade or Chris Bosh want to play on an "expansion team"? Vick has done his time, and deserves to have a life.

He never admitted to hurting any dogs himself, although the judge told him he would get a lighter sentence if he did.

Any job he gets has to be approved by the bankruptcy court. They already would not let him do construction work.

I would not watch anything the despicable Vick has on t.v., well, other than cleaning manure out of stalls and picking up the garbage off the streets all day every day the rest of his life.

With regard to Scott Boras, the guy doesn't give a damn about anybody but himself, not even THE PLAYERS HE REPRESENTS and the only reason he reps them is because that's where his money comes from. Screw him and his 9 game world series. All he wants is to raise the amount of revenue the game already brings in so he can raise his players salaries so he can raise his take. If you think he cares whether a fan can afford to go to a game, especially the youngsters, you are sadly mistaken. With regard to a-rod, sooner (but probably later) the Yankees will finally figure out that he really is not worth the money they pay him, that he is HORRIBLE for TEAM chemistry, and dish him off to some other moron team owner. Then, and only after a-rod leaves, will the Yankees start to get back up to the top of the AL East and everyone who is not a yankee fan will be TRUELY able to hate them again. Then the world will be back to normal.

If Michael Vick plays for any team in the NFL, I will not watch them. Even if the team is in a playoff game or Super Bowl. He could nor ever can redeem himself. What he did is inexcusable and any person who could do such a thing is incurable.
