Athletes know what their "status" will do and they take advantages of it. It takes two to tango but one to live it out and know it.

You cant simply blame the athletes, as these women arent exactly innocent either, if they are so opposed to these guys, why are they there?

It's not all sports but those which are glorified by our society. For many gifted atheletes this behavior is learned in high school.

These guys are treated like the second coming from the time they start show talent at 12, and that the rules don't really apply to them.

I personally know former NFL players and they know full well of their status ans what they are doing, as do the women.

Women are pathetic. We are a society that glorifies brutality. Especially women. They want the bad boy until it goes really bad.

I believe it's the "win @ all costs" bravado that leaves athletes with a sense of dominance over their "weaker" peers.

Maybe if we didn't place more value on these jerks than teachers and the everyday man, they wouldn't abuse their status...

It's the whole culture. We admire these athletes and almost empower them to think they're exceptions to the rules. It's everyone.

Sadly, in the U.S. you can get away with almost anything if you can play ball. Fans, authorities and courts give them a "SPECIAL" pass.
