He used to be great but this was overdue. He has become more of a joke now for younger generations than a legend which is sad.

Madden had the ability to state the obvious. I don't need an announcer to do that. He ended up a tired old man re-hashing old knowledge.

John Madden was the NFL for me on Sundays growing up...he was the best there ever was. No one brought a game to life like he did!
